Payment Policy

Credit card guarantee is required to secure your reservation. The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to the guest's arrival.

Children Policy

Enalion Suites: Children older than 10 years are welcome.
Enalion White: Children older than 6 years are welcome.

Check-In/Check-Out Policy (for Enalion Suites)

  • Check-In time: 14:00 
  • Check-Out time: 11:00

Check-In/Check-Out Policy (for Enalion White Suites)

  • Check-In time: 14:00 
  • Check-Out time: 12:00

Cancellation Policy

Last minute bookings can only be modified or cancelled via direct communication with the reservation department. 
Please, check our Cancellation Penalty Policy below in case you'd like to cancel the booking at a later stage.

Cancellation Penalty Policy

  • For any cancellation that takes place at least 21 days before the arranged arrival date, the whole deposit will be refunded and there are no cancellation fees.
  • For any cancellation that takes place 21 days or less prior to the arranged arrival date there will be charge the 50 % from the total price of reservation.
  • Non show guests will be charged the total price of their stay.
